Orders shipping to U.S. addresses will normally be billed in US dollars; orders shipping to Canadian addresses will be billed in Canadian dollars.
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express via PayPal.
Credit card orders are only processed when the order is ready to ship (usually the day prior to actual shipment). Orders paid by check are held until the check has cleared.
Shipping & Handling
For available items, we aim to ship within two business days of receiving an order.
We are pleased to ship anywhere within the continental USA and Canada. We normally ship via Purolator standard ground service.
Addresses in Hawaii, Alaska and the Canadian far north may entail a surcharge which we will advise to you by email before confirming your order.
Delivery to Canadian addresses is typically within 4-7 business days depending on destination; US orders require an extra 1-2 business days for border processing.
Shipping and handling costs are charged at flat rates according to the particular items in an order, based on average item weight and dimensions. US order shipping and handling costs are calculated and charged in US dollars; Canadian orders, in Canadian dollars.
Shipping costs do not include weekend deliveries.
For customers in other countries, we can ship to a domestic freight forwarder in Canada or the U.S. of your choosing. International orders shipped to a freight forwarder in Canada will be billed in Canadian dollars. International orders shipped to a freight forwarder in the U.S. will be billed in U.S. dollars.
Sales Tax & Customs Duties
Orders to U.S. addresses are not subject to sales tax.
All orders to addresses within Canada are subject to GST/HST.
Orders to addresses within the province of British Columbia are also subject to local sales tax (PST).
There are no additional charges for either Canadian or U.S. customs duties and fees.
You may cancel orders for items that have not yet shipped.
Once items have shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
If an item arrives at the final destination in a package with visible damage, you must note this in writing with the shipper before accepting delivery.
In the case of damage to the contents of the shipment, please then notify us immediately so that we can arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit, as appropriate to the problem.
Please be sure to retain the original shipping carton(s) and all packing materials in case the item needs to be returned to us.
In any event, we must be notified of any damage claim within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of the damaged goods in order to seek redress from the carrier concerned.
We make every effort to ensure that the specifications, description, photos and pricing for each product on the Young Ar Art online shop are as current and accurate as possible.
And we hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. But if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from the Young Ar Art online shop, we will accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of the item.
Full refunds (less shipping costs) will be issued for merchandise returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returns must be in the original cartons and packing material, unless damaged in the original shipment (and notified to us within 7 days of receipt).
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted after 30 days of your receipt of an item.
Currency Exchange Rates
We endeavor to keep our USD and CAD$ pricing as equitable as possible in a volatile foreign exchange environment.
Some items may have a slight disparity in USD/CAD$ pricing due to different customs duties and border fees between the two markets, depending on the item.
It is our policy to review and adjust all pricing in both currencies at regular intervals.
